In order for ipcluster to work in spd, IPYTHONDIR has to be set in the shell that calls ipcluster #15

When ipcluster is run, it will look at the IPYTHONDIR to see which ipython
directory it should use.  It should use the one in .spd.  This is related
to spd -sh being broken

I think this is OS X issue only.
