Looks like you have to supply dictionaries (maps) for some parameters

Im supplying the array of permissions. Like documented, think it needs to be a map?

Dictionaries are usually key/value structures, so I assume they want it as a map

Fixed the issues, ended up being a weird issue with gson trying to escape " characters.
