update spell compendium #209

To add in material component for spells compendium. I can not figure out how to edit the full compendium.

There's a Python script which automatically combines any changes made to the files to their appropriate compendiums, just run that and you should be good.

I think I got that all figured out, came across a different issue. It's saying that there are changes to the bestiary that it's trying to include into the file. Mainly Riding Horse, Elephant, and Giant Rat (diseased)
