Magic tags have been available for a while now, and the core templates in the dropbox folder weren't using them. SO I went through and both added them to all items, as well as updated the magic items with a value of 1 each, to set the flag to true.
The resulting imports are much more nicely sorted into the compendium, placing all magic items in a Magical sub-category of the main, making it a LOT easier to differentiate between mundane and magical versions.
I manually added the 1 tags into the combined compendium, but then gave up after realizing that you probably have a much more nicely automated method for generating those.
