Added Mystic ver 3 from Mar 2017 UA release. #266

As stated above I offer the newest release of UA Mystic with the added Disciplines, powers, and rules up to level 20. I have done my best to provide error free stats. Additionally a couple points along the way: I have attempted to keep the formatting for Mystic class with the other classes. There are some differences where different I have done my best to provide intuitive solutions. Also, concerning the various modes for the disciplines. It was my intention to have each mode be in bold font. Apparently there is a limit to the length of the string for the tag that will allow bold font which was either 30 or 31 characters. Some disciplines I have found impossible to shorten to this length and therefore they do not show up bold, but plain text and if not careful a reader could miss these. I felt the choice was between a clear description vs bold font and I sided with a clearer description. I have notified the developer and perhaps they will lengthen the string restriction.

There may have been an issue when merging with the above pull request.. this one might be better... :)
