create shareable link router
snap page url would be http://paintingwithdata.com/snap/{{hash}}
define meta data for sharing

The meta data should carefully review and test on some social platform. (deploy to server to test)

who is the author, publisher of each snapshot. (The easiest way is using PwD for all snapshot)
rephrase the description, which should be attractive and limited by the length.
