A variant that does not embed all the "common" stuff, shared between mjs, mongoose and mongoose-os.
Also remove public headers from mjs.c (already present in mjs.h) and add license text at the top of the files.
Remove MJS_EXPORT_INTERNAL_HEADERS, it's not used.
