Cannot insert TSpTBXTToolbar into MultiDock #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dock the toolbar on the left side of the editor.
2. Open ConTEXT

What is the expected output?
ConTEXT Opens and runs as normal

What do you see instead?
Error message gets displayed saying: "Cannot insert TSpTBXTToolbar into 
MultiDock"

Changing the location of where settings are stored in the registry will correct 
this 
issue. An update from 'Eden' to 'ConTEXT' with solve.
