Add astropy to requirements #27

A fresh install and import results in the following error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'astropy'

Hi, thanks for pointing this out and sorry for the slow reply. I didn't have notifications on for this repo. This should be fixed on the master branch, although the PyPI version needs updating, which I can do soon.
