a for005 file review pane/frame needs to be added

The review of the output files is critical to analysis of a specific
aircraft.  The output is displayed in a number of output files
(for006->for0013).

The output of these output files must be displayed to the user in a TAB
format if possible.  The files path will be based on the "working path" set
by the user from the options setting.

The user must also be to actively go BACK to the input file making.

PRIORITY IS ALWAYS ON "for006.dat" for Milestone Release 1
