Use ISPN cluster manager #33

Do not merge yet: this PR was tested with 3.4.2 but service discovery doesn't work with the ISPN cluster manager yet (master fixed see vert-x3/vertx-service-discovery#64)

To avoid lab attendees to step on each other toes, the TCP transport is configured to listen on whichever LOOPBACK it is able to find and nodes discover each with FILE_PING (uses a file in temp directory).
