osyms is no longer needed #10

With current checkout test fails:

Running the test...
usage: g2p-en.py [-h] [--word WORD] [--file FILE] [--nbest NBEST] --model
                 MODEL --isyms ISYMS [--m2m]
g2p-en.py: error: unrecognized arguments: -o models/g-mod.osyms

Script shouldn't have -o anymor

I have rewritten the phonetisaurus decoder and rewritten all of the python 
training scripts from scratch.  I think that all of these issues as well as 
many more should now be resolved.
