Time series - time format #274

I don't think I understand what is the expected time series time format. The sample EGG data seems to treat the time values as lapses from 0 value (up to 25+), while the sample ASAS seem to have a double data type for the time value.

@tamersalama Are you referring to the TimeSeries object, as described here? http://cesium-ml.org/docs/api/cesium.featurize.html#timeseries
