Well, I've fixed most of them - waiting on the latest build to see about the last remaining error. In one or two places I had missed a double submit! The last error is a bit more mysterious...

I have no broken pipe errors on my machine, but I saw there was one remaining during the Drone build

Looks reasonable to me but the frontend tests have never worked on OS X (and still do not) so I can't really verify anything...
