Rename existing (cessda.cdc.aggregator) to cessda.cdc.aggregator.shared-library

Create following:

cessda.cdc.aggregator.oai-pmh-repo-handler

cessda.cdc.aggregator.doc-store

cessda.cdc.aggregator.client

1 repo renamed, 3 repos created (each with Issue Tracker enabled).
