Change Kuha Common source url & update to latest #42

Update to latest Kuha Common and change its source url to point to gitlab.tuni.

Require Kuha Common 2.4.0 in requirements.txt and setup.py.

Update project url in setup.py from bitbucket.org/cessda to github.com/cessda.

Bump version to 0.7.0 & write changelog entry.
