Working draft of an OAI-PMH Repo Handler for the prototype. Will query the cdcagg.docstore and serialize output XML in two formats.

Will re-use components from Kuha Common and Kuha OAI-PMH Repo Handler. Some changes are needed to aforementioned projects to facilitate re-use.
