Keywords filter should work in the same way as topic filter where it has a dropdown for all the values but it's also possible to narrow it down by starting to type the topic.
Keyword search should also still work by clicking on a keyword on a study page (#488).
Update tooltip text accordingly (and fix topic tooltip by removing the part about not all topics being included).
