Sikt endpoint #684

With the success of harvesting Sikt's metadata from the Colectica OAI-PMH https://github.com/cessda/cessda.cdc.versions/issues/678

I now see that we are registered with 5227 records in CDC: https://datacatalogue.cessda.eu/?publisher.publisher[0]=Sikt%20-%20Norwegian%20Agency%20for%20Shared%20Services%20in%20Education%20and%20Research

If I understand this correctly, this is because now both our old nesstar files (maintained by MO) and our new Colectica metadata is presented. This shows itself when searching for our archival number (which should just give one result): https://datacatalogue.cessda.eu/?q=NSD2734&publisher.publisher[0]=Sikt%20-%20Norwegian%20Agency%20for%20Shared%20Services%20in%20Education%20and%20Research

So with our Colectica metadata now present in CDC, we would like to have our old nesstar metadata removed/excluded. Then we will start working on how we present our metadata to make more information elements available.

I am assuming you @matthew-morris-cessda is the one who can do this edit?
