Improve information on how to access data #687

We received feedback from user that information on how to access/download data should be made more clear in the CDC: https://helpdesk.cessda.eu/#ticket/zoom/8789

Currently this information is present in the About page: https://datacatalogue.cessda.eu/about and User Guide of the CDC: https://datacatalogue.cessda.eu/documentation/detailed-study-view.html

Not sure if this can be made more clear there. There are variations in how SPs do this, so we can just provide generic information.

We can perhaps lift this information to the actual catalogue so that it is more accessible, either through:

  1. Some short information text that is always available
  2. A separate button (in line with "about", "user guide", "rest API") for access data

Or just keep as it is?
