The issue with improper rendering was resolved. it is the result of CORS.

Seemed to work otherwise, just a small issue of it being a bit hard for the user to figure out how to get back to CVS after getting notification of the feedback submitted.

Not important enough to delay release 3.0.0.

@‌TainaFSD If I get you, the user should be able to navigate from the email notification to the CVS application right?

It seems to work fine now.

I tested clicking on ‘Send feedback’ button, filled in the form and got confirmation that the feedback had been submitted. After I clicked on ‘Close’, this pop-up closed and I was back at CVS.
