Yes, I think it is probably best since there are still so many issues with this.

I have checked all user-facing issues for 3.0.1 and seem to be ok on staging. I created a separate issue for the citations that are currently not updating with the version number - I guess we can push that to the next release since it is of minor importance. I approve the release for 7 March. I will send an email to all editors tomorrow morning that the content is locked from 7 Marc 12 CET onwards.
