Wrong versioning in rdf versionInfo #667

In skos export the versionInfo does not show the right versioning. It should show the same 3-digit version everywhere.

See example:

Analysis Unit Describes the entity being analyzed in the study or variable. This vocabulary can also be used to describe the unit of observation, which is the unit being observed, or from which data are collected.
