DAG- Restructuring of Chapter 1 #138

Re-assessing Chapter 1 for tone, present/past tense, and any dated references (such as when "2022" is referred to as "last year"). Changes are collected and suggested in the Google Drive (access may need to be requested), and so edits should be made in suggestion mode or by commenting on existing suggestions if another direction is recommended. Generally, the goal would be to have the chapters all be similar in tone, structure, and delivery to Chapter 5, though this would be difficult to duplicate for Chapter 1 as it reads as an FAQ.

When Chapter 1 is completed, this issue can be marked as closed and a new issue added for implementing the changes proposed.

Tackle this chapter last, after the other chapters have been restructured (and seeing if references need to be re-set)
