There is no specification of the relMat element, so there is no information if relMat is M, R or O.

Original report on BitBucket by Darren Bell (GitHub: darrenbell2).
In DDI-C, otherMat element is meant for show cards, not relMat element ( https://ddialliance.org/Specification/DDI-Codebook/2.5/XMLSchema/field_level_documentation_files/schemas/codebook_xsd/elements/otherMat.html)..) Originally relMat is for material related to study description, not for showcards etc.
There is no specification of the relMat element, so there is no information if relMat is M, R or O.
