/codeBook/dataDscr/var/qstn/@‌IDNo is not a valid XPath but /codeBook/dataDscr/var/qstn/@‌ID is.

This field is not part of the EQB plans. Might need to be removed from the profile.

If needed change to //var/qstn/@id
