GESIS: identify the ‘same’ variable across different datasets #22

As a Researcher, I want to be able to identify the ‘same’ variable (and the underlying question) across different datasets, so that I can build a list of datasets that contain that ‘same’ variable.

Does this mean that all the end-users are able change data structures or would it only be possible for people having "admin role" or would it be modifying a copy of existing data structures (modifying the metadata the end-user have stored in their profile? To be clarified by Markus Quandt
