Includes Downloads and Saved Lists tab, as well as Export and Add Selected Entries to List (Explore)

This is good, though the flow may still not be intuitive. The way it would work currently is:

click "export list"
it opens the login page in a new tab
then you have to refresh the previous page in order to export list now, which may not be obvious

I think a better flow would be:

click "export list"
it opens the login page in a popup window (or just opens up a modal dialog with the login page in it)
once you login, the popup window closes and then you are back to the same page as before -- and you can now export properly.

Merging this for now, though.
