Can CC2650STK use as 6LowPAN border router? #199

I'm searching for 6LowPAN border router to create CC2650STK SensorTag network. Unfortunately CC2531 USB Dongle hasn't certificated in our country(Japan). But CC2650STK has certificated in Japan. And CC2650STK has SPI and UART port. Can CC2650STK with ENC28J60 use as 6LowPAN border router?

I found this. So I will try CC2650STK + Debugger.
