What this PR does / why we need it:

Adding MongoDB to the Helm Chart of FADI. The Bitnami Helm chart of MongoDB has been selected. Indeed, it is well ranked, maintained and documented in the ArtifactHub. Added to that, the open source community on GitHub is very active and helpful.

Which issue this PR fixes

@SellamiRami can you add some justification in the PR description on why we chose the Bitnami chart over another (ex https://github.com/mongodb/helm-charts/tree/main/charts)?
