Remove all relative imports that have been causing dev issues. #103

There have been a number of issues with relative imports when editing the tests.

Decided to remove them all (as long as the tests pass).

Coverage remained the same at 44.79% when pulling 66098224400550c14e2c5f08fa2cf1c57c0e1152 on remove-relative-imports into 91cb4f764655082631b61d8c1ba07742dbe9f6f0 on master.
