module queries no longer return module doc #111

So it seems to me that this isn't a bug in the IDE. It looks like the CMR suddenly stopped sending module docs with query results. This is a pretty serious bug, affecting the Repository Explorer, New Module wizard, and Module properties page.

Seems to be caused by the buggy last minute fix that was done thursday night: @4d94e5860fca3870eb0815d716e8421a3b3a3dc6 , my fix for that (@b7eba2aa625b7619b6a9e5739e0825a82c213848) also seems to fix this.
