Description

When attempting to change the port and IP address, the framework fails to function correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

Change the port and IP address in the configuration.
Attempt to run the application.
Expected Behavior
The application should run correctly with the new port and IP address.

Actual Behavior

The application does not function after changing the port and IP address.

Also cannot change the network name

Fixed with PR #20
