simple optimization #5

ok, it's really dumb, but you could get a billionth of a microsecond
performance improvement by moving the exit per user agent to right after
you get the user agent.

oh and heres a patch so you have no excuse

Doh!  This has been in the middleware for quite some time now.  Thanks for the 
patch
(it's what I used originally)...  Closing this issue.
