usbipd.exe missing from releases #176

Hello, I'm trying to set up this for the first time ever. I'm following the README.md from the vhci-ude branch, but it refers to usbipd.exe which is missing from the latest release. What should I do, besides compiling it myself? I would like to avoid that if possible
