Administrator elevation for usbip.exe sometimes not a good idea #330

Administrator elevation for usbip.exe is nice for admin tasks BUT we have users without admin rights who needs to attach and detach devices themselves (works with 0.3.5)

Could you make an extra exe for attach and detach without administrator elevation or revert and make an extra exe for admin tasks?

@vadimgrn we would try if we don't have to enable TESTSIGNING
