Support for Tweetmarker #350

I use SilverBird during the day on my PC, but then Plume for Android when away. Plume supports a service called TweetMarker (http://tweetmarker.net/) that remembers your position across apps. Would be great if SilverBird also supported it. Not sure of the implications or costs.
