Added new theme - Clean #380

Great extension, but I feel that the jQueryUI styles detract from the experience.

Added new theme: Clean

Many enhancements to spacing, contrast, and legibility. Replaced all glass effects with flat colours.

Updated font with a light font from Google webfonts.

Only change outside of theme files is to default tweet colours in options_backend.js.

Reasoning behind this is that the extension assumes that the defaults for tweet colours will not conflict with the themes. I feel that the user should have the option of adding colours to their tweets should they feel it improves their experience, but should not be provided defaults which are likely to not match a theme.

this looks really good, sad that cezarsa seems to be pretty much inactive.

larrybotha commented 10 years ago

Ye it is a pity.

I've actually stopped using Silver Bird in favour of TweetDeck.

kurtextrem commented 10 years ago

Would love to do so too, but I only want to read tweets from 2 lists and silver bird combines them pretty well into one stream.. every other twitter client out there can't do that :( That's why I think about forking silver bird to get updates out and your design in and so on.

perhaps that's the way to go! Feel free to take what I've designed, but beware - there are areas which are unstyled, simply because I didn't know they existed until months later!

Perhaps @cezarsa will consider transferring ownership.
