Unable to install VSIX #55

When trying to install the VSIX I get the error "Install failed".

What version of Visual Studio are you using?

I made it work. I have both vs2017 and vs2019 installed, and it did not work when trying to install on vs2017. But when I uninstalled vs2019, then the installer works!
