Standard name editor temporarily unavailable #176

Dear CF community,

The CEDA vocabulary editor, sometimes referred to in standard names discussions as the "CF editor", will be unavailable for a few days, starting from 25th October 2023. This is due to to planned power maintenance work in the machine room housing the computer platform on which the editor is hosted. Access to the editor is expected to be restored by 6th November 2023. No information will be lost regarding the current status of standard name proposals as a result of this downtime. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
