无法管理后台 #191

更新之前不能上传图片 更新之后就 An error occurred while synchronizing data with the server, please check the network connection 了

可以上传图片，打开管理后台提示An error occurred while synchronizing data with the server, please check the network connection，点击确定后 Dashboard is disabled. Please bind a KV namespace to use this feature.
