What happened after November 30, 2020? the script is not work well for the data after that?

Hi Shicheng-Guo,

Thank you for your interest in the repository. The scripts should work well using 2022 SARS-CoV-2 data. I am planning to update a wiki with new sequences including BA.2 omicron variant.
