Game won’t boot #203

I can’t get the game to start even after following all of the steps 🤦🏽‍♂️ Like the game just shows a black screen after trying to boot it up

I followed every step and then redid it and I get the same...black screen. Have to end up shutting down PS3. Tried to boot the game several times.
