we/i've been working on an official pythonanywhere api client, as part of writing some "helper scripts" to autoconfigure web apps and suchlike:

https://github.com/pythonanywhere/helper_scripts/

https://github.com/pythonanywhere/helper_scripts/blob/master/setup.py

my own fault for not pushing it sooner i supposed. i'd be keen to collaborate on the pure-api parts...

Yeah, no problem. I had forked and browsed through the helper_scripts repo but didn't take notice to it being named pythonanywhere. I'll let you know once it has been updated.

@hjwp you should be all set. Sorry for the delayed response.

thanks so much! much appreciated.

i'm slightly in awe of the way you've implemented the api client by the way. not even sure i completely understand it, i'd never have thought of doing something like that. mind if i steal the idea? or would you like to collaborate directly?

btw don't hesitate to ask if you ever need any pythonanywhere freebies. you've been very gracious about this :)

I wish I could take credit but I came across another wrapper, https://github.com/stevenwei/chargify-python, and used that as a basis for this wrapper. Feel free to take what you need, both chargify-python and this project have MIT licenses. As far as collaborating, I'm elbow deep in another project, but thanks for asking. Looking forward to seeing the final product.
