Adjust notification text #5

When counselor uploads a file, the system sends out a notification to the user in question. But in this notification, the counsellor is referred to as a "client" and the message starts with "Hi, [counselor name]" instead of the name of the user. This needs some adjustment.

This issue will be redundant if we change "upload document" to an "attach file"-function in the message stream. In this new scenario, a "new comment"-notification will replace the "new document"-notification. (see related issue https://github.com/cfdp/ungo/issues/17 )
