Usability: drop-down menus are not accessible by hitting tab #11

When using tab to switch between from fields, the drop down menues for the workers, source and target languages are not accessible (it's "shortname", address bar, search bar in my Firefox). This is not how a user would expect the form to behave.

On Mac OS X: System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts ...press tab to move between: All controls

Can be activated by pressing CTRL-FN-F7
