Add new sketch to suspend when lid closed and on battery #373

Does your suspend software only register actions when an event happens (like lid closing)? Mine does Do you ever close your laptop lid before unplugging the power? I do Does the running laptop in your backpack make your back sweat? Mine does Do you hate pulling out your laptop only to find out the battery is drained because it didn't suspend properly? I do

This has been tested on Ubuntu 13.04 with my Thinkpad W520, and its awesome. I no longer have to remember to pull the power from my laptop BEFORE I close the lid. All you have to do is activate the sketch.
