[x] Library examples - comments are all over the place, left justify everything.
[x] Example in fbp - table is off the page
[x] Add some carriage returns in the fbp example
[x] Carriage returns in fbpRaster example
[x] Weird formatting in the fwi args table
[x] Indent init vars on the fwiRaster args
[x] Indent stream reqs in hffmc and hffmcRaster args

Fixed all of these and then some. There were a number of descriptions missing everything after the first paragraph.
