bl3-save.exe does nothing. #16

I placed that file into direct save folder C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Borderlands 3\Saved\SaveGames\WHATEVER NUMBERS

When I double click, nothing happened. I allow this file on firewall, and antivirus program, but still nothing happened. Anyone could help me out for this? What am I missing?
