Hebrew characters in feed headings are unreadable #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Try adding a feed whose title is in Hebrew. Examples: http://www.haokets.org/rss.asp http://www.hagada.org.il/hagada/html/backend.php
  2. Open sidebar and look at the heading of the feed.

The expected output (for the first example above) is "העוקץ". Instead it looks like this: "ÔâÕçå" These aren't Hebrew characters. There seems to be some encoding issue here. Note that the titles of blog entries, which are also in Hebrew, do appear fine. Please also see the attached screenshot.

I'm using the new version 4.0 on WinXP.

Please note that this problem did NOT occur in the previous version of Feed Sidebar.
